Caleb Liles, D.O. is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at CVP Physicians Dayton, serving patients in Beavercreek, OH. His surgical expertise includes cataract surgery, pterygium excision, blepharoplasty and ectropion/entropion repair.

Dr. Liles attended high school in Waynesville, Ohio before completing his degree in Biomedical Engineering at Wright State University. He stayed in Ohio for his medical degree and went on to complete his ophthalmology training at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. During his time at Grandview, he earned first and second place awards in his three years at residency for the highest score on the in-service exams.

In his free time, Dr. Liles enjoys spending time with his family including wife and daughter. He stays active with exercise, soccer, and golf. He is also passionate about the Bible and attending church.
